Technical

NCFootball’s 1 on 1 football specific coaching sessions are designed to focus on the areas that a player needs to succeed in the modern game. The personal football coaching sessions focus on individual technical development, the most important part of any players game. This means looking at all areas of ball mastery including, first touch, receiving, dribbling, running with the ball, shooting, passing, and 1v1 situations which includes skills and turns.

The process will begin with an assessment session, that allows NCFootball the opportunity to see up close a players strengths & weaknesses, this assessment will be filmed and used as a tool to help put a tailor made programme together for the player. For a small additional fee we will also provide the player with a CD of the session.

Following the assessment session a specific programme will de designed working on the key areas for development – this will be in the structure of a six week programme.

Fitness

The process will begin with an assessment session, that allows NCFootball the opportunity to see up close a players over all conditioning. This assessment will be filmed and used as a tool to help put a tailor made programme together for the player. For a small additional fee we will also provide the player with a CD of the session

Following an assessment session that A specifically designed football fitness syllabus that will develop stamina, speed, agility and quickness (SAQ) and improve core strength. During the six week programme we will also introduce the player into some plyometric exercise designed to improve running efficiency & power sprints.

One to One coaching sessions can take place in local parks anywhere in Hertfordshire or we also have links with 5 a side flood lit all weather facilities for the winter. We provide all the equipment and inspiration.

FAST Session (Fitness,Agility,Speed,Technique)

This programme incorporates the above two into one. It will give players the opportunity to fine tune All the different elements of their game. High intensity a must for all budding young players!
